Im 18 and out of highschool, trying to find a job,and live alone. I have no friends. Not a single person who cares, and I'd say 9 out of 10 days I don't even use my voice, no one is there to hear it. I've gone up to a week without seeing a single person, and even then it's only to get groceries. What do you any of you do if you can relate? What do you do when you're complelty alone in life?
Are there any local activities you can get yourself involved in?

I live in the backwoods redneck part of North Carolina. My town has a population of 300 people, and there's really nothing around here

You're just 18. I would advise you to save up your funds and move. Also find a hobby and master the hell out of it. Things may seem bad but trust me, it's not.

What do you do once you move? Just bank on meeting people at work or somewhere?
If you're life is already like it is, you will probably turn into a workaholic if you get a job.
I don't know, that's what the lonely people I know did.
But you will get some human interaction and probably a promotion for going above and beyond.
