So I got hit by a cab at work, did workers comp and all that jazz but my co-workers are suggesting I take legal action and sue the company. What do you guys think? I'm not hurt at all, but I do have soreness from the accident. Any anons have a similar situation?

Consult with a personal injury attorney. Many do free consultations over the phone. There's a big window of time for these things. Follow up with your PT x's and don't burn any bridges until you're sure you have to.

I fell on the concrete floor right in front of the DMV main entrance door. The concrete was raised and I tripped over... Friend said I had no case because it wasn't in the building.
