I look at it ~once a month. My fiance looks at it more often than that (of course there's a difference in sexes, which has a lot to do with the difference in consumption). It seems as though he looks at it often, though his 'horniness' comes in waves. He will be super sexual for two weeks, and then tone it down for a week or two (repeat). Assuming there's no physical negative effects as there is with some drugs the problem is really if you get withdrawal symptoms, if you experience any problems with masturbating a lot or if you simply want to stop but can't.
If you don't fit in there you either don't have an addiction or you don't ha e a problem with it.
Best way to know is just to stop and be a bit diligent about it. Wanting to masturbate isn't addiction. Wanting it out of habit isn't either. Wanting it enough that it takes up your mind when you're doing other things would be addiction.
