Do you just apply and rinse? I'm serious when I say you need to rub it in, kind of hard. Give your scalp a good scrubbing, the shampoo doesn't just magically sort the flakes out. In a sense you need to scrub away the flakes, then give it a THOROUGH rinsing. Then do it again, but not so hard that your head feels raw, just enough so you know you dug in and cleaned in.
