Well i said along the lines, and that's the conclusion i came to. New experiences, give other girls a chance. I should not run endlessly after the one girl i fell for.

I appreciate what your therapist is saying but it's actually kind of dumb in the way you've phrased it.

If you have all these hangups about sex now then you're going to struggle to get an erection or cum the next time you are with a girl as well. In fact for a lot of less confident dudes that's kind of normal with a new partner.

Trying to rush in and fuck some new girl might make things worse if you end up having another bad experience.

I think instead you should try to get a new relationship and take it slow enough that you'll be comfortable having sex with her.

Having said all that a hooker is not a bad idea. Part of the problem when you are younger is the girls you are fucking have no experience either. A lot of them are kind of used to guys using them a bit like a Kleenex. So they are full of insecurities and they are waiting for you to take charge.

Tell a good hooker you are not confident and she'll make things really easy for you because she knows how to relax you and stimulate you.

That might not help with banging non-hookers though. So I would just focus on building a romantic relationship with someone that you like.

Sounds like porn induced erectile dysfunction (PIED) had one and it really freaked me out on my first time. Took maybe week or two off porn and fapping and recovered my ability to get an erection during normal intercourse, took a lot longer to regain the sensitivity and actually maintain it for long as needed.

Im not sure if this is meant sarcastic, english is not my first language. I apologize.
If not, im absolutely serious about this. Im 24 and ive had no relationships in my life, im very late to things. Most girls ive gone out with i invested time are very experienced and mature, i feel like thats not my league, also i get friendzoned very fast, after showing im not dominant enough. Younger girls and the shy ones are just not my thing, i dont know.
