I'm in a huge rut.
Please tell me, what's something I can do on my day off tomorrow that will enrich me as a person? Go to a museum? Visit a club? Neither of thse seem like "me" things, but I don't know what to do.
I feel super alone and tired.

So take protection.
take a class at a local community college or tech school. if you have no intention of pursuing a degree there, ask if they'll let you audit the class. you wouldn't get college credit for it and you wouldn't be graded, but they will usually not charge you as much.
you could take anything from creative writing to CAD drawing to auto mechanics.
or look for adult community ed classes. sometimes they have interesting or useful classes that only meet once, or once a week for 6 weeks or something. that's where I learned to swim.
