How does one get a job in IT or Coding ?
I've been doing it as a hobby from Khan academy and W3Schools online for about a year now.
What would the steps be need to land a job?
Even if you had a computer science degree, what matters is a portfolio of your works that you can show to prospective employers

Get your certificates.
Get some experience, just work on your own networking set up and school yourself on networks, infrastructure, and maintenance.
I know it's difficult to just throw yourself into outside experience but it's crucial to build a portfolio of things you've done and your own works.
