I suffer from cardiomyopathy which is a heart disease, and c.a.d disease plus I have diabetes , which makes my heart inoperable that means I need a transplant, I have a patron page how can I get help with getting a lot of real traffic to my page?

It's not a crime but neither is not caring. Go talk to some talk show host, email famous people and make a youtube account. Hell, the owner of Patron would love this kind of publicity so contact them.
