How do I know if I'm drinking too much?
I drink maybe something like 4 pints of beer every weekend. Is that considered "too much"?
I guess I have high blood pressure, and apparently drinking can cause high blood pressure if one drinks in "excess", but is 4 pints a weekend excessive?
I figure I should cut back either way, but what would be a more socially acceptable amount of drinking?
I'd entertain the idea of just being sober for a while but I really look forward to drinking after wage-cucking all week. What do senpai

Lol. I got hammered with about 10-15+ on my nights out with friends. THAT'S too much. 4 is fine.

I dont mean "too much" as in getting hammered. 4 pints barely gets me buzzed anymore. I have to drink way more to get hammered and I rarely do. I'm not trying to be a dude bro partyer I just like enjoying some brewskies
But I'm concerned about drinking every weekend for my longterm health.
I guess I should re-phrase and ask, Do I drink too often?
Also do you think its possible to lower my blood pressure while consuming the same amount of alcohol or do I have to cut back?

To clarify I don't drink because I'm depressed, I just have nothing better to do. I dont really go out and stuff. Cracking open that beer is something I look forward to like someone looks forward to going out with their friends.

I can sort of respect people who don't drink but at the same time I just dont think its for me. I like trying new drinks, I like sipping something with a kick.
It just seems like my health should come first but I hate to give up something I enjoy doing. Im not retarded though, I would if I have to but thats why Im here for comfort :DDD
