Anything with high value really. If you're from the US you should go to a university in a different country (makes no sense to move *after* being financially butt-raped). If you're not from the first world you'll need a bit more tactics.

What does an employer do with a four language fool?

Languages alone arent sufficient, you need to add something, e.g. politics, administration etc to help you get going. There are alot of others who are able to speak 2 to 4 languages fluently but have no clue how to make a living out of it.

Have a look at job offerings from the United Nations to get an idea what they are aiming for in prerequisites.

Ok. Perhaps also look into governance, or some specialised field in law, controlling or whatever you think might add something useful befitting your interests. Top that with at least three languages and you will have an edge above the majority of the workforce.
