How do I tell for sure if I have one of these? Basically overnight there's this pinching sensation just inside my asscrack. I feel it when I spread my cheeks, touch it etc. There's no swelling or pus or anything, yet. The area is also pink colored. But I don't fucking want one of those cyst things considering I'm actually healthy and don't sit around all day like some NEET. Will this go away on it's own as long as it doesn't get worse?
GO TO THE DOCTOR! No seriously, my family is very prone to that shit, my father and all my three siblings have gotten bad ones.
