Best/most effective ways to get rid of facial, chest and back acne?
Mine is somewhat like the picture, but a bit worse. It's mostly the typical late-teens acne that a lot of people my age get, if that helps. What worked for you?

for primarily inflammatory acne (like pic related)
OTC: try benzoyl peroxide or salycylic acid first
prescip: erythromycin or doxycycline, if youre a girl birth control will be very effective
drink more water and eat less sugar and carbs
moisturize after you clean your face. your body overcompensates with the oil when acne soaps dry it out.
I used to have bacne and chest acne and all that. Honestly just take a shower every day, or atleast every other day. It seems like a hassle, because I used to just take one like once a week if that. Honestly it really helps, and get a basic body wash. There all pretty much the same thing. Also get a towel and you can only use the towel for 3 uses then you have to wash it again. You won't see good results untill about a month later, but it's worth it. Good luck OP
For some people like me, the only way to get rid of it is accutane.
Its a bitch because you need to do monthly blood tests and use chapstick for the rest of your life. But it worked very well.
