Concepts - like a pun competition - can't be patented or copyrighted. But be very careful not to copy or even resemble any titles, graphics, typefaces, ads, or anything that by the wildest kind of misinterpretation could lead someone to confuse your operation with another one.

The world famous Russian Tea Room in New York sued a small local "Russian Tea House" in Denver and won, on the grounds that it could hurt their reputation if anyone thought they had a Denver branch so small.
