How do you enjoy anything in life? Everything seems dull to me, I started to lie in bed the whole day long for a few weeks and nothing is fun anymore, just bothersome.

Sounds like what you need are some goals to work toward. I suggest finding something to do other than sleeping all day. I promise you will feel more fulfilled if you do.

sure going out hitchiking across the state sounds not as comfy as bed. but it will give you a new perspective on life.
Sounds like you are depressed.
If so, you need to be active in changing the way you think. Force yourself to do stuff if you have to, the hardest part is conjuring the want (mentally force yourself) to do stuff.

been feeling the same way too since months now. Try to break the habbit and force yourself out of your comfort zone and try to get a new perspective on things and find a hobby or some goal to work towards.
That's all I can think about and it's easier said than done and I still struggle with it myself.
That dullness only gets worse over time.
