Not really. I mean, it can cause fertility problems, but it's usually treatable. What you do mean by a few drops? Are you sure it's actually that unusual, or are you comparing it to the huge ejaculations you sometimes see in porn? What's your typical hydration levels like and how often do you masturbate?

If it turns out to actually be a problem, then do see a doctor, it's likely treatable.

Quantity of semen is not an indicator of quantity of sperm - they're microscopic, and there can be a lot in a few drops.

How are your hydration levels? Do you drink a lot of water, or are you a coffee/soda/beer guy? What color is your pee in the toilet, more of a pale yellow like lemonade, or a butterscotch? And how often do you masturbate?

My gut is telling me you have absolutely nothing to worry about, but try abstaining from masturbation for like 3 days, stay very well-hydrated during that period (you'll know because you'll be peeing a lot and it'll be pale yellow or even colorless in the toilet) and I bet you'll see increased volume. There are also supplements that can increase ejaculate volume, though I can't be assed to look up what they are.

Either way this is unlikely to result in fertility problems.
