How do I talk to grills. I'm a student at uni, I'm in shape, average attractiveness. I usually get rated between 7-8 on threads where I post pics. So I'm not terrible, but certainly nothing special. But I'm totally autistic socially and pretty goofy. People I've known a while think I'm really funny and love hearing what I say but people when I try to talk to women they always seem really interested at first but I can tell I quickly chase them away when I try to speak. Can anyone help? I need help with all aspects, where to meet, how to approach, what kind of things to say, good ways to actually ask. Totally autistic here, I'll take every bit of help I can get, I just want to fix this and I have absolutely no idea what I do wrong when I do it, I just know I do it. If that makes sense, I'm terrible with descriptions.

Go outside every day to something other than work/school/supplies.
Pursue your interests outside the internet and you will meet people/girls and already have a basis for connection.
Also small talk with people more. Force it. that way when you need to talk you are not a spaz.

I'm a computer science/ electric engineering major so its kinds hard to find social things related to school that girls would be around. Aldo my only hobbies are reading, fishing, and backpacking. I go to the gym on campus a lot, but there's no way to hit on women at a gym without looking like and ass.
I definately agree that I need to get out there more and make small talk, and thank you for the help. But what I really need is how? Like I know to get out more I kinda need to start making small talk but its the small talk that's really killing me I think. Like do I just walk up to someone or say hi to someone I've never met? Won't they know there's some kind of agenda whether its good or bad since I have no reason to be talking to them out of the blue about the weather or whatever? Its that part that I really just can't get my head around most of all.

I don't understand guys who use this excuse. I'm sure there are girls in your classes, and having the same class can be reason enough to talk to them. Simple shit like "hey, I know you did well on the last test and I'm struggling with studying for this next one, would you be keen to study with me?"

I didn't mean it as an excuse, I have other classes like philosophy full of girls. And even if there was just one and I could think of how to talk to her I'd try. I was just saying there isn't really much chance to use my major as a reason to talk to them, so that's not a very good conversion starter and i kinda need something else tjat can be applied more broadly I think because not many share it or know much about it.
