Not getting the right answer. Answer is supposedly pi/4(5rad5-1). Can anyone help?

btw this is off the top of my head: volume of revolution. idk if that's what's being asked but it appears that way.

find inverse bc v of revolution is for x-axis
x=9-y^2
y = -sqrt(x-9)

integrate with set limits as: pi x (y)^2 = 17pi/2

idk if this is what you're looking for but it's my way of answering that question

To solve for y, would it not just be x=sqrt9-y? and sorry, it was to find surface area.

I've never found the surface of revolution, but i assume you'd use the inverse. can't help you any further
