Girlfriend is upset because she's always the one who asks to see each other and I dont ask her as much. The reason I don't ask is because I know she'll ask me when she wants to see me so if she doesnt I just assume she doesnt want to see me. How do i change my mindset and start asking her out more? I'm also worried about seeming needy if i ask her every time i want to see her

if i were you id just explain that becasue of the way her life runs its easier for you to just wait around cuz you're always free when she is, but not vice versa. but if you have to start making moves. just ask her to hang out every week, this isnt rocket science
OP you should consider when you want to see her. Always ask her out then. Consider how much she has been asking you out and see if you're gonna match that or not.

Why not just ask? If she's asking you to ask, she thinks your caution is disinterest. So you can't seem too needy, because right now she's afraid you don't need her.
