Any ideas how to stop or slow down hair loss

Castor oil.
I had bald spots before and it made hair grow back in those spots quickly and thicker than before. I also rubbed garlic on the spots. I use it now even with healthy hair and it still makes my hair grow stronger than usual. I swear by it OP. Just make sure you buy the premium quality castor oil and use it everyday for at least a month to start seeing results. My bf also uses it on his beard and his beard is now a lot denser and thicker.

im a girl who is obviously not balding but years ago i had very thin hair but then i started using coconut oil and castor oil and now my hair is thick and healthy ;) it might work for you but idk
