Holy fuck dude, no. You need to come up with a reason for you guys to spend time together, and get to know each other first. Point blank asking a stranger for a date will fail nearly every time. If you never have a reason to hang out, at least make an effort to strike up conversation every time you see them so that you're not just some fucking rando. Establish a rapport, then you can transition from being friendly to one another into asking to hang out 1 on 1, coffee, lunch, drinks, whatever. Jesus fucking christ bro.
