What should I do?
I have a business commentary due sharp by tomorrow 7:45 am, (25% of my final business grade)
extension is out of the question
the subject is about Audi and YouTube, im supposed to analyse Audi decision to make a YouTube channel.
The only data i have is analytics of YouTube and competitors.
What the hell can I do with the data?
Keep in mind i"m supposed to use business tools and whatnot

Maybe you can say that:
>audi will expand on their advertising for free using Youtube and use competitors who were successfull in using youtube (competitors' view count of their youtube videos)
>audi can generate profit since youtube gives money depending on the view count of their videos
>uploading videos is a low maintenance cost meaning labor cost will be low compared to the profit they could potentially make

Tell us which data you have, faggot. The only thing your teacher is expecting from you in this kind of thing is to tell whether the decision was good, bad or had no effect and then proceed to explain why by using conving arguments.

If Youtube has a much larger userbase than vimeo (duh), you can start by saying that choosing that platform was a good move, due to increased exposure.

C'mon, this shit is 90% explaining something obvious in a "professional" way.

Subscriber count,
male/female breakout
viewership
views by day
views by platform
top searches (the top search is a car model)

So far, i made a pest and swot analysis of youtube

it's a sample

It's a start. Set a theme for the presentation - if you think that going with Youtube is the right call, make a bunch of graphs showing how and where it trumps the others i.e viewership, subscribers, v/d.

Also make a counterpoint if any of the competitors have an edge somewhere - if vimeo or whatever has more searches for Audi cars, you can add a slide about how that's something to be considered.

An overall comparison between Youtube X other advertisement options is also nice - pick what >>16813101 said and compare that to things like pamphleting, TV, paid Youtube ads, etc.

It ain't supposed to be slides, it's supposed to be like the example below/

Doesn't matter. Just use less images and turn the comparisons into prose. Cut your losses and start typing.

I just realized, I confused you guys, i dont have analytics about youtube, but analytics about Audi's channel in youtube, and the analytics of rival companies, like bmw and Volkswagen
>>

Doesn't change a lot of stuff. You still have to justify whether or not making the channel was a good call. Since you have data on Audi's competiton, you should go for an angle about how successful each channel is, how much resources each company commited, how long their respectives channels have been active, etc.
