just really don't feel good. haven't felt ok since i was a little girl, and have never really felt ok. therapy and meds have only ever exacerbated the problem, and idk how to feel anything anymore.

should i tell someone that i might have depression? I dont know if i have it but everyone is always saying "if you have any of these symptoms tell someone immediately, especially suicidal thoughts" and what not, but the thing is i dont know if my symptoms are severe enough.
