I'm renting a room in my house to this girl. She hasn't paid the rent in 2 months. I let it go last month but I told her if she didn't pay the next then she'd have to pack her things and go.
No money has come my way. I feel guilty because she has nowhere else to go but what else can I do? Should I give her more chances?
Perhaps you could make alternative arrangements...
This sounds like the set up of a porn film
Is she working or any form of income

Apparently she got laid off so no.

If she hasn't paid her rent for two months, she's probably not going to pay any at all now. You've been kind and given her two chances, but now she's just taking advantage of you.
>>>/biz/ would have some good advice on this, too.

Isn't she getting unemployment?
Can't she move back home (wherever that is)?
Start whoring her out, fucking amateur.

>kick her out for not paying her half and abusing your kindness
or
>you'll pay her share if she compensates you with labour

>labour
Hand labour and mouth labour?

She has to go, how you go about it is your business. Tell her in no uncertain terms and look up law in your country/state.
You aren't her friend. Rent to dudes from now on.

Let me ask you this: if it was a guy would he be out on his ass right now? Just admit it: you want to fuck her in exchange for rent money.
I vote for sex for rent.

I'm going to sound like a bitch for this, but don't kick her out just yet.
I'd advise getting the debt owed verified in some sort of paperwork/contract, with her signature on it. Tell her she has to get out there and get a job, and start paying you rent as soon as she does. Give her some adverts, some links to vacancies etc so she has no excuses, and you can tell whether she's been trying from her progress/success.
Once she has her job, slowly work that debt down, and hey presto, you have your money.
Why do I advice this rather than just cutting losses? To be honest, depending on how much the rent is, and how much you value your renters being in moral debt to you, it's either an excellent idea or a poor one. The fact remains though that if you cut your losses, it may be impossible to get them back, whereas the alternate solution will get you the money if you can get her off her ass. Of course if it fails, there is always plan B, and you can honestly say you were stretched to the limit of your generosity.
But overall, it's up to you OP.
Yfw 4 months in and she has given you no money
