I'm having issues thinking long-term for my life. About to get a gen-ed associates from college, and still don't know what to do as a career. My own major seems shit the more I learn and do it (IT).
I cant visualize a good job honestly. I work as a retail supervisor, and my lacking interpersonal skills is making me feel awful about doing it (coworkers mainly). That seems to transfer into most jobs I imagine, like my people skills would hinder me. I also detest deskwork and doing repetitive tasks, so IT is killing me.
How can I even go about finding a good job path? Money isnt a big issue for me, I just have little need for it. Any reads, advice, or things I should try?
