Be me
>Work 10:30pm to 3am
>Wake up at 12-2 in afternoon
>Get excessively tired and depressed at 7-8
>Cave most days and go to nap
>Set alarm for 10, panicked that I'll miss work
>Go to sleep right after I get home

I don't know why my body does this, any ideas?
