I'm 21 and destroying myself to continue getting GPAs high enough to qualify for scholarships. I'm at the point where if my grades slip too low I don't know what I am going to do and every day I get closer to suicide. I can't take any time off school either.
what do
Get into a trade. You're not cut out for college. If you have any carpenters/woodworkers in your area talk to them.

If this is really an absolute statement, and even taking a light semester is out of the question, try using your school's counseling resources. Groups are good for "common" student problems as many feel the same way (though maybe not AS strongly).

can't, because my parents won't support me. I'd be homeless

I tried that, but they didn't offer much other than telling me to drop out. I go to a competitive school (University of California Berkeley) and a lot of other people want my spot.

That's why I suggested you try a group. Other people there will be in similar situations and will talk about adapting to the situation rather than leaving it.

and how would that help my problems?

Will you stop being self-absorbed for 1 minute?
You can bitch about your problems to each other, make like-minded friends (though likely only for 1 hour per week), and learn how to deal with stress from what everyone has done and the leader's (who is hopefully leading the group because he/she knows a lot about the topic) perspective.
