For years my life isnt moving the direction I want. More the opposite. My fitness/body/shape is neckbeard. My lifestyle is neckbeard. Havent really done or achievent anything for 6 months. Mabye longer.
Sometimes I think I just should off myself. This is still far away because I still have hope. But the hope is going to fade and if the situation still goes worse I probbally will.
No money, no friends, no work, no following your dreams/ideaas. No GF ( have had sex and had gf for 1.5 year 3 years ago).
I feel so alone and despreted when I am sober and my toughts and fears catch up with me.
Please help me!

The life you want is built by the bricks of daily habit. If you want a great life find the bricks you want and start building.

if you honestly want something to change, we can only encourage you on your journey. no one here has a magic bullet solution consisting of a series of words and sentences that would miraculously transform you, if we could do that, we would have cured world hunger by now

from the sound of the post - deal with any addictions you have, alcohol, drugs, porn, video games - there are people in every city and town in the north america who are willing to help because they are going through the same thing - its called aa and they have connections to other anonymous groups that deal with other addictions besides alcohol, its the same process
..
next, you are young, get fit, start off small, walk at least an hour a day - personally, i setup my treadmill in front of a screen, now i watch all my netflix, youtube, movies, tv shows, whatever as i walk (sometimes i walk longer just to finish whatever i am watching) - imho walking an hour is base minimum (do more later, run, weight train, etc)

once you get your head straight and your body in some shape, your mind will be more clear to figure out what you want to do with your life
