Maybe you aren't interested in what you're studying. Try moving around, and working with your hands for a bit. Carpentry and woodworking is a great place to start.

Leave your house and go to the library where there is nothing distracting you and all your other material possessions are out of arms reach. This includes your phone; if you can't study to begin with, then having it around you isn't going to help you.

The cool thing about your body is you never have negotiate with it since it is your slave. If you decide to study you can just go study, there's no need to coerce your body into doing it, you can just fucking do it. Studying isn't fun. Living real life involves facing real consequences which is scary. Fucking around on 4chan or playing computer games or whatever distracts you from life and so relieves the stress of life, but at the expense of wasting your life. So just go study.

It's weird. I have been able to get a lot of exercise, which is new for me. But studying is still not happening. I'm trying to slowly fix myself from being a useless lazy alcoholic. I'm doing much better than I was a year ago but damn. School is so hard to do.
