Recently, i've just been feeling kind of... empty or something

ever since, i havent really felt like myself or something. i'm happy when i'm around friends and doing stuff, but otherwise i just feel subdued and unenthusiastic about everything.
my hobbies dont really distract me from it anymore, i'll start doing something and then run out of interest in about 15 minutes
none of my friends know, or family really, i try to hide that kinda shit as much as possible, but thats another set of emotional issues altogether.
anything i can really do for this or just hope it works out on its own?
