Okay,so this seller has my name and address, after I did not receive the product I payed for, I filed a dispute, he then went on to threaten me saying I have your address blah blah.
What do I do?

maintain dispute save messages as evidence submit them if possible, through customer support or whatever
Keep everything as evidence and if it gets to the point where he damages your property of shows up at your door then call the police
