I don't use tinder anymore because it's too hard. Not worth the effort. It's way easier to work at a place where hot women are forced to look at you and interact with you on a daily basis, because I'm actually a very genuinely awesome guy. Literally "flirt" with the girls I work with every day and it's great. There's no fear of rejection, it's a healthy and friendly relationship, and it makes work a positive experience.
