Yes and no.
Most of those tell you to drink lots of water prior to drinking it and then to continue drinking water. This just alters the specimen and "waters" it down. Doing this runs this risk of having your specimen rejected and having to retake the test.
Just buy some synthetic or get someone's clean piss. Unless it's for probation or something then you're fucked cause they watch you.
