Your mascara is also clumpy or atleast appears that way. Comb through it or wipe off excess mascara on a tissue
Use more blush and consider getting a dewy finish foundation if you aren't oily. The matte is really aging you and so is the lip color.

It's actually highlighter, and it's not dated at all, it's been in the current make up trend for a while now.

I have a piece of shit phone with a really low quality camera, (and I always comb my lashes after mascara anyway) so it really does just appear that way most of the time, which is annoying.

I'm also going to be setting up a tinder profile soon so I need some decent images. Pic related is one of my better ones.
I'm going to get a haircut tomorrow, was thinking of getting short-ish back and sides to accentuate my jawline and having my hair shorter than in the pic but long enough to style with paste, apparently it suits me to have my hair styled up.
I wear slim-fit jeans (skinny fit aren't an option, I work out and have pretty big thighs+arse naturally) and a t-shirt normally, but if I go out I'll wear a casual shirt over the t-shirt.
I plan to bulk up for a few months to hit some strength goals, then work on hypertrophy before cutting for next year.
Is there anything I can do to improve? [spoiler]A nose job is a bit out of my price range since I doubt I can justify it on the NHS[/spoiler] One thing I can't really change is that my eyes are slightly lopsided i.e. one is higher than the other.
