How do you guys deal with the feelings that come with heartbreak?
I realize I'm stuck on this planet and seemingly my only way out is death which I don't want so I try to look at the positives and move on.
Use it as an opportunity to work on yourself. It's no secret most ppl hate change. But after a breakup your life is in disarray weather you like it or not. And while your busy picking up the pieces from your life, why not put it back together in a way that works for you?
For me I started small, just tiny distractions, like books, and art, then maybe work on yourself, work out a bit, build your confidence back up.
Basically what ever it is that lacking in your life can be built from the ground up. It's all about setting the blocks and supporting yourself first
