How to cope with failure and gradually improve myself?
I can hardly function without feeling depressed over my failures and regrets
Read the book Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. It's about a philosophy called stoicism, which is based around accepting that your advantages and disadvantages are natural and purposeful.
You're given disadvantages because they're necessary to become who you are destined to be. If you didn't experience loss or failure, you wouldn't progress towards the better person you are becoming.

There are no failures, just experiments that successfully told you what doesn't work.

Not OP but I tried reading that. Twice. Is there a version without archaic translation?
