Legally you don't need to tell police, but you can be charged as a conspirator if you house his while knowing that he committed a felony. I'm not sure whether or not living with him counts as housing, though, but I can ask my dad tomorrow just for you, OP.

Depends on your state's political affiliation. In a liberal state you can raise Hell about equality and they won't do shit. In the South they'll fuck him up, so tell him to run off to Canada or California if you hear word of Immigration being called on his ass.
