You can't do anything about your height. Yes, people are going to negatively judge you for it. So what? Everyone gets negatively judged by people, simply for existing. Someone that doesn't like you for being short is an asshole. People who bully other people? Also assholes. What they think can be an annoyance, but ultimately, fuck these guys.
I'm a 5'2" femanon, and one of the most ripped dudes I've ever seen in person was a full 2 inches shorter than me. It was interesting. Especially since he also looked nerdy. Then his shirt was off, and it was like standing next to a superhero.

overcompensating for being short by getting megaripped is pretty sad, just aim for being a normal healthy weight
