One of the chapters says how often you can ejaculate without feeling drained from it.
In your twenties, no more than once every four days.
I think thirties is once a week.
Forties two weeks.
and when you hit 60 you shouldn't ejaculate anymore, or you'll get erectile dysfunction and die an early death.
IMO fapping always makes me feel drained, I just wait to have sex and cum a shit load. When your body wants to cum you'll just have a wet dream anyway.

In the book it says only cum if you have too much sexual energy to handle. Like if you can't even complete your work because you keep having sexual thoughts, or if your blue balls are so bad that it's convincing you that you're doing harm to your body. or if you're about to jizz your pants.
As you abstain for longer periods of time it becomes second nature and you don't even think about sex unless you're likely about to have sex. What's hard about quitting fapping at first is the lack of that endorphin rush you get from fapping, but with all the extra energy you have you can get it from other things. You'll find you can sit through movies easier, music sounds better, food tastes better...

I've experimented with NoFap and gone months without wet dreams. Wet dreams are result of thinking sex during the day/gazing women down in public. If you do not actually fully control your thoughts and even eyesight you will have wet dreams, but if you don't want to even have them: total self-control.
