I need to get vomit out of carpet fast, got sick and I live with my parents, they haven't found out yet and I need to clean it up before they do
I also have no carpet cleaner or club soda, I would also like to clean up the smell

Mix 1 part water and 1 part vinegar (preferably in a spray bottle if you have one, if not a regular cup or bottle will work)
Pour it on the stain enough to saturate it but not to make a giant as puddle
Let it sit for about 5 - 10 minutes
use a clean, dry towel (or paper towel) to clean up the water.

well the carpet is brown-greyish and you can def see the orange/red throw up still (chili for dinner) please somebody has to know

This. If there's still some showing try a damp washcloth with a little bit of handsoap (not dishsoap like dawn or else that shit will take a lot of water to remove) and rub.

Oh after that rinse by going over the spot again with another washcloth that's just damp with water. It helps greatly when my cat spits up, so I hope it works out for you.

Hair shampoo. mix a small amount in a bucket of water, soak a sponge in it and "pat down" the carpet until you get all the vomit out, and if you want to go the extra mile use conditioner in a similar way.
Get the dampness out of the carpet by getting a towel, folding it over the carpet and stepping on the towel. Then use a blowdryer with setting on warm or cool and fluff up with your fingers to dry the carpet

Well, you also want to get the smell out without the horror of having to buy wool wash, right? It's also why the other anon suggested hand soap. Those contain perfumes and deodorants specifically to mask human bodily discharge odours.
