Start by not looking like you just got diagnosed with stage IV cancer or something.
I'm gonna tell you like it is man not gonna beat around the bush it would be truly insulting, you gotta lose some weight, you seem quite big framed and you would probably fill out really fast , them strength genetics and shit.
Also fix the haircut get something more "energetic" or just a normal buzzcut - it will make you look differently at first glance and that's what matters in how people talk to you and how you appear.

Im gonna try to figure what haircut gonna fit me but its hard.

How you look doesn't matter as much as people give it credit. Just smile a lot, smile before every conversation you enter and smile whenever appropriate. Let the other person do most the talking and show you are genuinely interested in what they are saying. It's pretty easy to get people to like you, and it works the same for both sexes. Remember one of the most basic human needs is to feel important and people absolutely love when you give them this.
