Apple Cider Vinegar removes genital warts on a physical level, but you will still have the virus in your system of course. It usually clears on it's own completely in about 2 years depending on the person and their diet, if they're a smoker, and various other factors.
There are various website that instruct you on how to remove them with the vinegar. It does work... but if they're in her vagina then she'll need to see a doctor for removal. That vinegar probably wouldn't be pleasant down there for extended periods of time.
