If so, yes that is normal your skin is irritated and your hair is trying to grow back.

It's just from shaving your whatever. Try waxing instead or use a beard trimmer to trim it short rather than shaving.

If you keep shaving use a clean, new razor and shaving cream. Moisturise afterwards. Keep the area moisturised to keep the hair follicles supple.
