all anger is a form of suppressed sadness. it took me many years to realize this, but it's something you'll someday learn too. hopefully sooner than later. your ego can't handle any more sadness at one point and just shuts that down in a conversion to anger. if you think about it, why would someone dumping you make you mad? why would you losing something, even a job make you mad? why would getting cut off in traffic even make you mad? these are things that should make someone sad. it's harder to grasp the traffic idea at first, but if you understand the other examples you'll understand this even applies to traffic. what you need to do is have quiet meditation time to sort through what makes you angry, and when you stopped feeling sad
