Apply for any aid there and begin looking for a job for long-term sustainability (you can't rely on them forever). They should direct you to places that can provide you showers and food. As for internet access, head to your local public library or community college.
Being homeless sucks. I hope it gets better for you man.

I hitchhiked through LA last year. I didn't shower while I was there but if you can spange up $5 head over to Chinatown and go to ABC Seafood. Cheapest meal I've ever had for the amount you get.
