This is an interesting question. I was in a similar situation once and wasn't sure what to make of it either. I put my ear to the door, heard some weird slurping sounds that could have been anything. I barged in and saw my gf and some guy half-naked on the bed, but it was pretty warm so taking off some clothing was understandable. Later when I saw her she had some kind of sticky white gunk in her hair and I admit I got a little suspicious, but I'm not sure that's enough evidence anything shady was going on.

This, OP.
