Not sure if this is the board to ask, but I've noticed this lump behind my ear. It's been there for a while, it hurts a bit when I touch it. I also think there's another smaller one under it, near my ear lobe.
What is it? What do?

It's a cyst. I get them from time to time. They'll go away after a couple of weeks unless it get's infected(sounds like it has). Wash behind your ears really good and they won't get like that in the future.
Also, beware of barbers. I swear, every time I go in they nick the thing and hello staph infection.
