melatonin if you have it. any other sleeping pill if you dont.

you can always put on headphones and listen to sleep hypnosis. i find it easier to fall asleep if i cover my head with the blanket as well, leaving a small hole for oxygen to filter in. worse comes to worst just put on the TV and watch til you absolutely cannot stay awake despite the noise. i know you might have work or plans tomorrow but this isnt the first time nor the last time you will have a sleepless night because of other people making noise. might as well just accept it and try not to be angry.
