Op here, I forgot to mention I have some sadistic, maybe borderline sociopathic thoughts and I feel the only reason I'm getting jealous is because I can't see her as anyone else's

You probably shouldn't quit your full time job, especially if it's as "good" as you say it is. At least save up money for a few more years and rack up that experience.
