I've been seeing a guy for 2 months now. I liked how he was always enthusiastic and excited about seeing me. He would always want to know when he would see me next. Text during the day.

But three days he didn't even read my messages online. When I texted him the next day he finally responded. For the past 3 days that's how it's been. Slow to respond to me. I have to keep the convo going. And he hasn't asked to see me in almost a week now. Should I cut my losses and move on or is he expecting me to be more forward and take the initiative? I feel like it's the former because he has always been so forward/dominant with me until now.
