Or 3 years expirence to qualify for a real job?
How are you even suppose to know if you like a job before investing thousands of dollars in the training?

We actually don't. They usually make decent money. The "hurr less than minimum wage cheap labor" is actually a liberal invention to demonize people against keeping illegal immigrants.
They DO take manual labor jobs, menial/degrading jobs, and physically staining jobs, but many of those actually pay decently.
